About Chris Ryan

Chris Ryan is a Building & Development Consultant with over 20 years of professional experience working on unique projects and building meaningful spaces that combine work and play; where we can do the things we love, together.

His background and experiences allow us to move together efficiently as a small team, by combining skills as a licensed Architect, registered contractor, former commercial development executive, college professor, and national-level competitive athlete.

The initial “script” that we develop together, is the key for the rest of the project, because it’s what everyone will continually reference as the project moves forward and grows in complexity and budget. That’s why the strategy is so important, because without a smart strategy to develop an excellent  “script”, it’s hard to have an exceptional result.

We work with clients to combine Chris’ experience and your vision, to synthesize your goals and set up strategies for buildings tailored for your specific needs without being unnecessarily costly or time consuming to design, permit, or build. This way, we develop a more complete understanding of your project from the start, while creating Inspiring spaces that hit your budget and schedule to get your doors open sooner, and help your business thrive!
